And above all else, keep it in perspective of your life. Fitness is so much more than just training, it’s a way of moving well and recovering well in order to live well. This is why my first focus is to get you moving well, because when you move well, you open up a world of training possibilities.
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m David. A personal trainer specialising in movement, strength training and lifestyle coaching.
With nearly 10 years experience of working with busy clients from all walks of life, I understand the importance of working smart and being realistic when it comes to fitness. I adapt fitness regimes to work with a busy life, rather than expect big changes to accommodate my method of fitness. Change can be hard enough!
This is why I adopt a minimalist approach to my coaching style that works with you, not against you, focusing on long-term progress rather than short-term perfection.
I started DC Coaching to teach and share a simple but effective model of fitness for health and happiness.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU
PERSONAL COACHING
My aim is to provide you with the understanding, knowledge and tools you need to successfully maintain a healthy and happy fitness life.
My main goal with our coaching is to teach you the rules of the fitness game so that eventually, you can play the game yourself, without me. Therefore, it is my job is to help you move, train and recover with purpose so that you can get the most out of your fitness process. This does not involve blood, sweat and tears, but it does require you to consistently play the game.
Fitness is for everyone to enjoy and I believe everyone should benefit from its positive effects. This means manipulating the universal rules of the fitness game to fit an individuals life and circumstances. My tried and tested method of coaching incorporates what I call my ‘Core Fundamentals’, a tripod of principles that I believe, are the foundations to maintaining a fitter, healthier and happier life.
It’s the perfect combination of training, recovery and purpose to achieve results that can not only improve your fitness, but improve your overall quality of life.
